Orders are usually processed and shipped out in 5-7 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 2 weeks. Shipping is only available within the USA. A return cannot be processed after the product is in the "production" stage.

Return:

All items are custom-made, and as a result, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please carefully review the size chart provided in the product listing to ensure accurate sizing for all apparel pieces, as they are unisex and preshrunk for your convenience.

Your satisfaction is essential to us; we strive to deliver quality products. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, kindly notify us within 5 days of delivery, and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
